Flagship Stickers (“we,” “us”) operates flagshipstickers.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to make and ship your stickers, we never sell your data, and you can leave our email list with one click.
What we collect
- Order & account details — name, email, business name, phone, and shipping address, used to fulfill and support your orders.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers.
- Artwork & designs — files you upload and designs you create with our tools (including AI prompts and generated images) are stored securely so we can print your order and so you never lose a design.
- Email list — if you opt in (signup forms, or the AI designer’s email features, which say so), we store your email to send new designs and offers.
- Usage analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregate page analytics (via Vercel Analytics). No cross-site tracking, no ad networks.
- Cookies — a session cookie if you sign in, a cart stored in your browser, and a cookie that remembers your AI design session. No third-party advertising cookies.
How we use it
- Making, shipping, and supporting your orders
- Sending order confirmations and shipping updates
- Marketing emails — only if you opted in, and every one includes an unsubscribe link
- Improving the site and preventing abuse
Who we share it with
Only the service providers required to run the store: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting & analytics), Supabase (database), Amazon Web Services (file storage), Resend (transactional email), and OpenAI (processes prompts you type into the AI designer to generate images). Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing email anytime via the link in any email, or by emailing us.
- Access or deletion — email us and we’ll show you what we have or delete it (order records we must keep for tax/accounting are retained as required by law).
Data retention & security
Order records are kept for accounting and warranty purposes. Data is encrypted in transit, stored with access controls, and backed up nightly. If a breach affecting your data ever occurs, we’ll notify affected customers promptly.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change; the date above always reflects the current version.
