Return & Refund Policy

Our promise is simple: if we got it wrong, we’ll make it right. Every sticker is printed to order — often personalized with your text, artwork, or AI design — so we handle issues with replacements and refunds rather than traditional returns.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted

Email sales@flagshipstickers.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll reprint and reship at no cost, or refund you — your choice. No need to mail anything back.

Custom & personalized items

Because personalized stickers (name drops, uploaded artwork, AI designs) are made uniquely for you, they can’t be returned for change-of-mind. Your design prints exactly as shown in the preview — please double-check spelling and sizing before ordering (we ask you to confirm both at checkout). If we deviate from your approved preview, that’s on us and we’ll replace it free.

Catalog stickers (not personalized)

Unopened catalog stickers may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price (buyer pays return postage). Email us first so we know to expect it.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to fix a typo or cancel? Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll change or cancel it with a full refund. Once printed, the policies above apply.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
