Ordering & pricing
Prices are shown at checkout and confirmed before payment. We validate every price server-side; in the rare case of a listing error, we may cancel and fully refund an order rather than fulfill it at an incorrect price. Wholesale and retail lanes have different pricing, minimums, and shipping — each is displayed in its flow.
Your artwork & content
- You keep ownership of artwork you upload. You grant us a license to store, process, and print it solely to fulfill your orders and provide the service.
- You confirm you have the rights to any artwork or text you submit — no uploading content that infringes trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights (e.g., logos or characters you don’t own). You’re responsible for the content of your custom orders.
- We may decline to print content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringing, with a full refund.
AI-generated designs
- The AI designer includes free generations, bonus generations for joining our email list, and paid packs ($5 for 15 more, credited toward your sticker order at checkout). Pack purchases are fulfilled instantly and are non-refundable once generations are used.
- AI designs print exactly as previewed. Similar prompts can produce similar designs for different customers; we can’t guarantee exclusivity of AI output.
- The $5 order credit applies automatically to a sticker order from the same browser session and can’t be combined with other promo codes on that order.
Promo codes
One promo code per order. First-order codes (like WELCOME10) are limited to one use per customer. We may modify or end promotions at any time.
Accounts
Keep your password confidential; you’re responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
Warranty & liability
Our products are covered by the promises in our Return & Refund Policy — that’s your remedy, and we stand behind it. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The date above reflects the current version.
